Most of the retreat guests are from referrals, which makes me try even harder to make your stay more comfortable and more enjoyable than any place you've ever stayed before! For these reasons and a lot more, I want to be clear and honest about  all charges and policies and hopefully, you will become another much appreciated member of my family of happy, contented, wanting to stay longer, and wanting to come back again and again and again and again cabin guests.

WEEKLY CABIN RATE $795.00 plus tax (7 Nights)

Cabin rates are based upon four person occupancy.  Please add $10.00 per night for each         additional person.

The only charges are the rent, $35.00 set-up fee and state/local taxes.  There are no hidden fees. NO electric fee, NO long distance or local telephone charges, NO wireless internet fee, NO washer/dryer fee, NO firewood fee, NO video/DVD rental fee.  All are free.

1. My name is Linda and I am your caregiver.  I'm also an herbalist and health conscious. If          you smoke this may not be your kind of place, because to abstain from smoking on your            vacation may only add more stress to your life, and my intent here at Green Earth Mountain Retreat is to offer you more ease, more joy and many more sweet memories.

2. The minimum stay is two nights unless it's during a holiday or event.  During a holiday or event   the minimum stay is three nights.  The rates are slightly higher during peak times and for less than a three night stay.

3. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.  During the off-season (November 1   through March 31,) when things slow down and most are back in their "hopefully less            stressed-out world", especially since their stay here at Green Earth Mountain Retreat, I have  been known to throw in an extra day for free (weekly rentals) and have no problem with letting       you check in earlier or depart later if the cabin is not rented.

4. My doggies and I love other pets, but pets are not allowed in the guest cabin at any time.          My dogs, Vision and Beauty, and of course, Little Bear, Harmony and Hopi "in spirit" will vouch for that!  By the way, Preshus, their 3-legged little sister who we rescued up on the Appalachian Trail, has recently been adopted by a very loving family.  We will miss her!

How to Pay and Fees

5. Send an Email to info@GreenEarthMountainRetreat.com (be sure to put CABIN RENTAL as the subject) or call me at (423) 772-4478 and leave me a pleasant message and I will return your call promptly.

6. I will respond to your Email or call you and hold your requested vacation dates for 7 days, while awaiting a $150.00 security deposit. The deposit and rental fee may be paid online with a Visa and Master Card or e-check, simply by clicking on the PayPal link to the right, or you may mail a check or money order to the following address. 7. After 7 days from your initial request, I will remove you from the confirmed reservations list    unless you call and let me know that your check will be a bit tardy.  If I don't hear from you,              I will have to open up those dates to other stressed out seekers of this blissful getaway.
Please note: The initial inquiry is not enough to set aside your dates as a confirmed reservation, unless you ask me to hold those dates and pay within 7 days.

8. Upon receipt of your $150.00 deposit, your reservation will be guaranteed.  The deposit will be returned within 10 business days after departure, less any monies due.  Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or make changes to your reservation at least 21 days in advance (less a $25.00 cancellation/change fee.) 

9. The payment for the cabin is due 14 days prior to your arrival.  The amount due is the cost for    the rental, plus 14.75% tax (9.75% state tax and 5.00% hotel/motel tax.)  I will contact you by  Email or phone to remind you.  Again, you may pay online through PayPal or you may  mail your check or money order to Green Earth Mountain Retreat, 126 Ann Cove Road, Roan Mountain, TN 37687.

10. Directions and reservation confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the $150.00 deposit.
